Martial Arts

A process-oriented therapeutic group, in partnership with the "Ethos" martial arts club, operating in Mevaseret Zion.
Through the martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, accompanied by Dr. Danny Kahn — a psychologist specializing in post-trauma and one of those who brought the EMDR method to Israel — and led by Yosef Kahn, a certified therapeutic-sport instructor and fighter.
A four-month process.
The group undergoes a deep therapeutic process with professional guidance, a structured and precise syllabus, and the full support of the organization's professional team.
Building mental resilience, a sense of belonging, confidence in the ability to manage one's response within stressful events, and new capacities for managing pain and emotions.

The structure of the process:
Month one – grounding, control, escape
Month two – controlled aggression and response
Month three – free movement and transitions
Month four – integration, personal expression, and resilience
