Director of Operations
I came to this role with around 15 years of experience in strategy, marketing, development, and management. Before joining the organization, I led a wide range of projects — including large-scale campaigns and initiatives for leading organizations — and took part in raising investment and building strategic partnerships.
Over the years, I've supported third-sector organizations in management and strategy, drawing on a firsthand understanding of systemic challenges.
Today, as a partner in developing the organization's integrative model, I work to expand our services nationwide and to advance public policy for the welfare of those who serve.
In my work, I strive to combine strategic thinking with a genuine understanding of and connection to the field — out of a personal and professional commitment to closing the gaps in Israel's rehabilitation services and ensuring a safety net for those who have served their country.

I joined the organization around 8 years ago, and since then I've led significant initiatives — among them establishing its first board of directors and spearheading the effort to build the rehabilitative village in Tzohar.
My background as a combat soldier in Golani, and a long reserve-duty service that continued until the age of 45, gave me a personal connection to the issue of combat trauma. Drawing on a firsthand understanding of the challenges in the field, I bring to this role sensitivity, responsibility, and a deep understanding of the people we serve.
I've been a Chinese medicine practitioner and teacher for around 20 years, with experience guiding deep processes and a holistic view of body and mind — vital tools in working with trauma survivors.
In addition, as a businessman, I bring management experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive the organization forward.
I'm married to Noa, a father of three, live in Tel Aviv, and am driven by a deep and meaningful personal commitment to this work.

A member of the organization's board, living on Kibbutz Negba, married and a father of two. I hold a master's degree in business administration and a second master's in public policy. For many years I worked at the Prime Minister's Office in operational field roles — as a commander and as a manager. After retiring, I accompanied a friend coping with post-trauma, and that's how I came to know the organization. For the past four years I've been active in it, and I believe deeply in the importance of its mission and in the people at its heart. Throughout, I've been guided by a sense of purpose — to lead, to take responsibility, and to act for others — out of a belief that the true strength of a society is measured by its ability to stand beside its people, in good times but above all in the hardest ones.
