Processing Days
The processing days are intended for conscript and reserve soldiers, offering a space to pause after combat, to share, to process their experiences, and to recharge.
Throughout the day there's a blend of activities that connect body and mind: therapy in a therapeutic garden, breathing exercises and trauma-sensitive yoga, a group processing conversation led by a professional, and also simple time to just be together around warm food, music, and a bonfire.
The gathering is meant to build personal and group resilience, to identify distress early, and to remind everyone that no one copes alone.
